Sudden Strike 4 has received its first downloadable expansion, The Road to Dunkirk. The pack adds four single-player missions based around the evacuation, with the Germans attempting to break through the French defenses in the Battle of Lille, and the Allies attempting to counter the Germans during the Battle of Ypres-Comines. Two commanders join the war, Charles de Gaulle for France and Harold Alexander for Britain. The leaders are buoyed by 10 additional units, including the French Char B1 heavy tank, the British A10 Cruiser Mk. II medium tank, and the destroyer HMS Ivanhoe.
